  • Build and run the e-commerce platform that has driven $15M+ in sales since I took the role. A Go API syncs Dutchie POS through GraphQL into a Next.js storefront for 30,000 monthly users.
  • Run an MCP-powered AI shopping assistant on Claude, the first in the cannabis industry to take a customer from discovery to checkout in one conversation.
  • Build and maintain the enterprise ops suite that runs daily operations across all three sites: role-based portals for scheduling, inventory, analytics, and real-time chat.
  • Direct all marketing, brand, and creative for the three dispensaries. Integrated campaigns across promotions, email/SMS, loyalty, and SEO grew organic traffic 45% year over year.
  • Own the full marketing budget across paid media, vendor co-op, and creative, allocating spend against ROI and customer-acquisition targets.
  • Build the marketing KPI framework: dashboards for traffic, conversion, AOV, retention, and discount ROI that steer weekly decisions.
  • Engineer custom marketing automations, from triggered email/SMS journeys to an AI flyer builder, that replace manual work and speed up launches.

  • Built and launched a full-stack fragrance-collection SaaS solo in three months. Grew it from 0 to 336 users, reaching 94 monthly actives at a 54% activation rate.
  • Shipped a deep product surface: collection and decant management with cost-per-wear analytics, layering combos with spray maps, wearing logs with calendar sync, and a budget-aware wishlist with price history and bottle splits.
  • Built the full social platform (community feed, SOTD world map, tournaments, bottle-split marketplace, DMs, XP) plus a typo-tolerant search engine over a community fragrance database. 189 active users have tracked 2,441 fragrances and logged 576 wearings across 2,900+ engagement events.
  • Drove 92% email-verification and 66% Google-OAuth adoption on a custom auth stack built without a third-party SDK.
  • Added a Claude purchase advisor and a weather-aware wear-suggestion engine.
